COLOSSUS- LAVA Brand Motion Lamp stands over 4 feet tall, weighting in at a 110 pounds it's HUGE. They are avaiable in 5 color arragements with 4 different bases, all have a dimmer switch, you choose your own color and base to build your own personal LAVA Brand COLOSSUS Motion Lamp. Shipping will be Central Freight ground - palletized, lift-gate mandatory these lamps cannot be shipped via Air Freight, the shipping weight is 150 pounds.
Operating and caring for your lava lamp® is pretty straightforward. However, because of their unique engineering, all lava lamps need to be handled carefully to insure a trouble-free life span. Below are a few important points of note. Turn Me On, Light Me Up, and Watch Me Melt Be sure you are aware of the ginormous size of the lamp you are about to purchase…returns based on the fact the item does not fit where you wanted it will result in the purchaser paying for the return shipment ($100-$150). NOTE: These lamps CANNOT be moved while they are hot. Doing so will result in mixing the liquid and wax secret formula and destroying the lamp. Place your lamp where you think you want it and move it around BEFORE running it for the first time. Your lamp will take 8-10 hours to cool down before you can remove the globe to replace a bulb or move the lamp. FIRST TIME RUN INSTRUCTIONS
SHIPPING INFORMATION: US Continental Only All lamps will ship Central Freight ground service, your lamp will be on a pallet it will be a curbside delivery. Be prepared to unload your lamp and get it into your home driver may not help the individual cartons will weight 100 lbs for a globe 10 lbs for a base, and 5 lbs for the table accessory. NOTE: At the time you receive your order, you MUST check for damages and/or missing items, and note that accordingly on the bill of lading. It's a good idea to have a copy of your invoice with you, so you can verify you received all of the items ordered. If you do not check the materials yourself, please make certain that the person signing for them checks for damaged or missing items. If no damages are noted on the bill of lading, Lava World International, Inc. cannot be held responsible for any damages or shortages that occur. All returns require a Return Authorization Number. NOTE: Any refused shipments without the consent of Lava World International, Inc. will be treated as a return, and will be subjected to all associated costs. Even if there is damage on the order, you MUST note the damage and ACCEPT the order. We will file a damage claim with the shipper and replace or refund the damaged items noted. All requests for return must be made within 15 days of receiving product. Warranty issues: End user must forward to us a digital picture of running lamp, if applicable or of damaged parts and explanation of the issues. Management will review each case to make a decision. No lamp will ever be received back unless Lava World International, Inc. management has issued an RMA. Similarly NO credit or refund will be issued without an RMA and prior management approval. Please notify Lava World International, Inc. if you have any questions or concerns regarding the functioning of your lamp. Central Freight drivers will not wait for receiver to open, inspect, and approve contents unless outer cartons are visibly damaged and it must be noted at that time on the BOL. Please take pictures whenever possible of outer carton damage. All requests for return must be made within 15 days of receiving product.
